Multimedia is the combined use of text, graphics, sound, animation, and video. A primary objective of this workshop is to teach participants how to develop multimedia programs. Another objective is to demonstrate how still images, sound, and video can be digitized on the computer. Participants in this workshop will create their own multimedia courses using HyperStudio on the Macintosh platform. Hyper Studio is an authoring tool that allows you to develop an electronic stack of cards that contain buttons, graphics, and text. Issues concerning multimedia design and its use in education will be the focus of reading and class discussions throughout the course of the workshop.
The 1 year P.G Diploma “Animation & Multimedia” course is developed and recognized by The Govt.University approved by UGC, AIU & DEB Under Minister of HRD Govt of India.
The First Module Aims to introduce the basic and advance aspects of Advance Script writing & Story Board Designing, Desktop publishing, 2DAnimation, Computer application, web site design, Communication and Soft Skills With practical, projects, portfolio development and Viva Voce exposure to the students. The students are also exposed to various industry visits, seminars by experts, market exposure
The Second Module Provides them to build up the core knowledge and skills on designing and it is various technicalities to enhance their ability with modules like Advance Digital Art Photography, 3D Introduction & Advanced (modeling & animation), and Advance Website Design, Audio & Video Editing , Advance Java Script, Computer Aided Design with Practical, Project & appreciation with portfolio development
The students undergo the compulsory 1 month Design studio internship to nourish themselves with the Studio working conditions. The design collection is made for the annual design show or annual exhibition and studio visits are also planned to give the first feel of the Design studio to the students. The students also undergo the training and internship which provides them with the relevant work experience for their future career.
