The primary purpose of this Cosmetology course is to train the student in the basic skills, judgments, safety judgments, proper work habits, and desirable attitudes necessary to obtain licensure and for competency as an entry level cosmetologist or related position.
The 2 year Industrial Training Certificate “Beauty & Cosmetology management” course is developed and Recognized by the Govt.University approved By UGC, AIU & DEB Under Minister of HRD Govt of India.
The First Module Offers basic modules of learning to provide a Cosmetology, accordingly these are modules on Orientation, tools and their use, shampoo, understanding chemicals and use, types of hair, with Practical Chemical Application/Hair Treatment, which shall be a combination of classroom instruction and hands on experience, shall be provided in the following subject areas: chemical safety, permanent waving, hair coloring, tinting and bleaching, hair relaxing, hair and scalp conditioning, shampooing, toning and rinsing, Hair Styling/Hair Dressing: instruction in hair styling,
The Second Module provides them to build up the core knowledge and skills on beauty and spa and its various technicalities to enhance their ability with modules like sanitation, hygiene, skin diseases and conditions, anatomy and physiology, electricity, ethics, nail technology, esthetics and Practical which shall be a combination of classroom instruction and hands on experience, shall be provided in the following subject areas: cutting, thinning,shaping,trimming,application of electrical/mechanical, equipment curling, hair treatments, Shop Management, Sanitation,
The Third Module Follows the innovation and understanding of new creation to enhance their professional ability with modules Interpersonal Relations: instruction shall be provided in the following subject areas: Professionalism; Resume Development, Interview Preparation, Job Search Skills labor law workers' compensation client relations, bookkeeping, marketing and merchandising, emergency first aid with Practical project & appreciation with portfolio development.
The Fourth Module provides them to build up the core knowledge and skills on trening and its various technicalities to enhance their ability with modules like right-to-know laws, pertinent State and local laws and rules, business ethics, sanitation, electrical devices, personal grooming and hygiene with Practical project & appreciation with portfolio development.
The students undergo the compulsory1 month market survey & 1 month internship to nourish themselves with the Beauty industry working conditions
