Course Duration : 2 year/4 sem (Eligibility : 10 thPass/Equivalent).

Is the design of space which has been created by structural boundaries and the human interaction Within these boundaries. Generally referred to as the spatial art of environmental design, form & Practice, interior architecture is the process, through which the interiors of buildings are designed Concerned with all aspects of the human uses of structural spaces. Architecture is both the Process and product of planning, designing and constructing form, space and ambience that Reflect functional, technical, social and aesthetic considerations. It requires the creative Manipulation and coordination of material, technology light and shadow.

Course Module

YEAR-I

The First Module Offers basic idea of architecture,its otgin an ancient architecture. This subject Has historical importance too.

The Second Module Guides students to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and understanding of building physics, materials, structural, efficiency with building design methods and principles And the ability to design and implement interior renovation projects that comply with building and safety regulations.

YEAR-II

The Third Module Aims to clear the main elements of the building, building materials and Building systems [bearing walls, skeleton, shell construction and other new structural systems] And to train the student to draw the constructional details through the study of bearing wall Buildings [bricks and stones], Architectural symbols, building methods, Bonds, Tools, wall Thickness, openings, Lintels and arches.Vauits and domes, foundations. Damp proofing, stairs, Internal & external finishes and also if includes study of construction equipments, prefabrication Of building elements. Principles of jointing and principles of modular coordination.

The Fourth Module provides an idea about Dampness Termite and fire protections, painting etc that helps to protect the buildings.

The students undergo the compulsory1 month market survey & participate in exhibition to showcase their final collection as a interior designer with 1 month internship to Architecture and designer firm
